Richard Chai Named Filson’s New Creative Director

Filson rules. Richard Chai rules. The two them together really, really rules.

Chai has just been tapped as the 115-year-old heritage brand’s creative director. His first task was to design six jackets and three bags for the Filson Rugged Casual Apparel collection, which reinterprets Filson’s classic styles in Chai’s signature fabrics. You’ll pay a premium for the designer duds — prices are about a quarter higher than that of regular Filson gear — but we think it’s worth it. Do you see that rucksack?!
