Rooney Mara And Shailene Woodley Duke It Out At The Virtuosos Awards

We’re not saying that Rooney Mara and Shailene Woodley are in direct competition or anything. We’re just saying they wore sort of similar dresses to the Santa Barbara International Film Festival’s Virtuoso Awards last night and that we want you to rate who looked better.

Mara, who was nominated for an Oscar for her performance in The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo, showed up wearing a sculptural green cocktail dress from Louis Vuitton‘s pre-fall collection. Woodley, who’s gotten major snaps for her turn in George Clooney‘s The Descendants, rocked a blue leather shift by Phillip Lim. They both were recognized for their respective films, but only one of them can win best dressed here. And with the same sort of elements going on (rich, deep color, similar length, simple styling and what have you), it might be a tough choice.
