  They’re scary but they aren’t beautiful. Remind me of an orthopedic appliance for rehabilitation or the infirm. Those “shoes” make a young healthy woman, who would have no problem striding along in 5″ heels (or barefoot) instead, walk with the same gait and posture as an elderly person with advanced osteoporosis or worse.

  Very strange idea for design, especially from the Netherlands. Hideous clay yellow color too!

  I want to know what has happened that women are allowing designers to influence them to wear shoes that are not only ugly but dangerous. When did women start getting so stupid again?? You young women think you are so savy and sophisticated but you don’t see how you are being used for money making purposes only!!   It’s clearly an art piece rather than something intended for commercial retail. It’s designed to get people to think about where we are going with these ridiculous fashion trends and body morphology. People aren’t really that naive, are they?
