Beauty is on the eye of the beholder! It means that what is beautiful to me may not be beautiful to you.. What makes ccompetition controversial is the fact that we have our own point of view of who is really the winners.
Who won Project Runway 2010, Project Runway Season 7 winner is Seth Aaron! I am not discounting his talent at all because he is a much more talented designer than I could ever be, but the rumors about his winning are everywhere. He worked hard and intended well, but was he better than his competitors? Some say the producers had a hand in the decisions of the winners. Whether they had any effect over the outcome or not, I am not certain; but the judge's reactions are defiantly different than they were in prior seasons.

Nazi and Soviet Inspired Winner!?!?!
Has anyone else paused to consider Seth Aaron’s identification of “1940s German and Russian military” as the primary inspiration for his collection? In the 1940s, the German military was commanded by Adolf Hitler and the Nazi party, which perpetrated some of the greatest crimes against humanity, including the Holocaust. Stalin’s Soviet Red Army committed its own brutal atrocities during the same years. I am utterly shocked that Project Runway and the Lifetime Network would allow these military cultures to be glorified and named as a source of “inspiration” without so much as a remark upon it by any of the judges. Heidi Klum should be reprimanded in particular, since she should have recognized right away what “1940s German military” would allude to, and what ramifications an endorsement of that idea would have. Shame on you Heidi, shame PR, shame Lifetime!
