PHOTO: Stephanie Seymour Fronts Jason Wu’s Spring Campaign!

The ’90s are very much back in fashion at the moment, and Jason Wu is the latest to hop on the nostalgia bandwagon by tapping supermodel Stephanie Seymour for his upcoming ad campaign.

Dynamic duo Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin photographed the 44-year-old stunner inside New York City’s iconic fancy French restaurant La Grenouille. We all know that Seymour is one gorgeous woman, and Wu tells WWD:

“I wanted to cast a strong woman with definite sex appeal for my spring collection which was partly inspired by Helmut Newton’s provocative photographs. Stephanie came to mind as the perfect muse for this collection and the fact that she has worked with Newton just made perfect sense.”

The compliments didn’t end there as Seymour likens Wu to ”a 20-year-old FIT student [with] the skill of a great couturier of the past.”
