The Situation Sues Abercrombie & Fitch For Trademark Infringement

Don’t mess with those Jersey Shore kids! Today seems to be an especially litigious one for the reality show cast.

While Snooki filed a lawsuit against her licensing company, The Situation is suing Abercrombie & Fitch. This summer the retailer offered him money to stop wearing its clothes in an extremely jerking-looking publicity stunt. The irony of that whole ordeal was that just the year before, A&F sold t-shirts emblazoned with phrases including “The Fitchuation” and “”G.T.L. (You Know The Deal)”.

The Situation is citing these shirts as examples of trademark infringement, and wants $4 million in damages. You can check out the tees for yourself below. Do you think he can win a case against the clothing company?
