  We came across this episode last night. What got us was this little one had the judges approval of her outfit. I don’t get it. The fact these pagents even take place is beyond me. Its explotation, making little girls look like mini hookers in some cases. The money spent on costumes by many of the parents, would pay the mortgage off and more.
  I don’t understand how a mother can say she’ll spend however many thousands of dollars needed, in hopes her little “princess” might win a title or crown. My god, some of them are just babies. Babies that are dressed in slutty or next to nothing outfits, for all the creeps in the world to see.. And, you can bet your booties the creeps out there tune in when toddlers and tiera’s in on.

  I’m/we are not prudes. Not at all. But theres a a line that should never be crossed when it comes to babies, toddlers and little girls in pagents or elsewhere when it comes to what they’re wearing. The pagent organizers in this case were too lax in whats permitted or not permitted in costumes. If there is such a rule. If theres not any rules & regulations on costumes, they should be made right away. Getting rid of next to nothing & tasteless costumes on contestants under 10 yrs old would be a good start.

  This little one had no idea she was being laughed at as well as hearing people clapping. . It was plain as day by watching the audience she was being laughed at… Her parents, her dad especially, need to spend less time bragging about how wonderful they think they are, and realize what they’re actually doing to their little girl. They should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking of putting their little girl in that outfit. It was em Shes two years old for petes sake. Take her to the park to play instead..

  The existence and acceptance of these pageants, the kids, the outfits, the parents, the audience is more reprehensible and abusive than any dog fighting within the culture in which Michael Vick grew up.

  Hey, I just wanted to say{not starting a fight with you} okay the cones were a bit much, But pageants at any age group are not the worst thing. I know alot of former child actors and it really is alot of the same thing just no scripts to memorize. We have way too many parents who pay no attention to thier children so its kinda refreshing to see these folks putting in alot of time with theirs. Many famous people started in pageants,everyone from Justin Timberlake to the Fabulous Halle berry. Kids in entertainment will always exist, not all go to rehab. In fact, many grow intot their teens quite disiplined, a big vocabulary and yes THEY MAKE IT TO COLLEGE, just think of it as nursery charm school{since most public schools are really bad} anyhow if you would like to write to me its christinagreene112@gmail.com. P.S even Dawn Wells { maryanne from Gilligans Island} was a former Miss Nevada.

  Don’t these parents care that they are attracting pedofiles to their kids? Someone said that a lot of child actors got their start like this. Indeed, and look what psychological wrecks their entire lives were/are. These parents are sick-o-s. What normal father would want his three or four year old to emulate Madonna???? Good grief!
