Justin Timberlake Taps Tom Ford For Suits, Ties On His New Album
No one does a suit and tie quite like Tom Ford. Clearly, Justin Timberlake is also privy to this knowledge, since he’s enlisted the designer’s help for his upcoming album “The 20/20 Experience”.
WWD reports that Ford designed the tuxedo — a dapper number with satin peak lapels and a matching oversized bow tie — that the singer sports in the cover art for “Suit & Tie”, his first single from the album. The official lyric video for the song came out earlier this week, and features even more of Ford’s high fashion gear, and, furthermore, the designer is said to have “worked closely with Timberlake and his team to provide made-to-measure tailoring and accessories that will feature heavily in the album.”
Ford also waxed poetic about his love for the singer. “I adore Justin, he said. “He has innate style and enormous talent. It has been such a pleasure and honor to work with him throughout this entire creative process.” Now, we wonder if he had anything to do with JT’s new ‘do at the SAG Awards.
