What You Can Learn From Tom Ford’s Radio Broadcast

Tom Ford will make his radio debut later this month on Sirius XM‘s interview series Iconography. Ford’s hour-long interview will be aired on the radio service’s OutQ channel, and if all indications are correct, the designer will be revealing what’s in store for his growing brand.

He’ll also be discussing his “vision, inspiration and perspective on his professional and personal lives,” according to Luxury Daily, in addition to commenting on his time at Gucci and YSL.

But other than the future of his eponymous brand, it’s not as though Ford hasn’t talked about these things before. He dished to Out Magazine about his relationship with fashion editor Richard Buckley, and he talked with Vogue about the embarrassing moments he had during his time at the Gucci Group. (He once even tried to convince a dude from GQ to get naked with him.)

We doubt that’ll happen this time, but we’re pretty intrigued to know what he’ll be saying on air. Perhaps he’ll address the rumors that he’s looking for a financial partner to take his company global? Maybe he’ll reveal that he’s the one who’s heading to Dior? It’s the radio. The sky’s the limit.

The Iconography series launched on March 1 and Ford’s interview will air March 19.
