Fact: Infomercials speak a universal language. Case in point: this five-minute long Japanese advertisement for a vibrating attachment — the inexplicably named “Top Charming” — that purports to increase one’s breast size via an electrical stimulant. While the idea itself is hilarious, the video is even funnier — thanks to its anatomical diagrams, dubious technology, and vague threats of migrating mammary fat.
