Tyra Banks‘s wacky Modelland is now a verified bestseller, and today the model/TV host/author sat down with the Wall Street Journal to discuss her book, Harvard Business School, and more.
We weren’t surprised to learn publishers jumped at the chance to work with Banks, nor were we shocked that her first draft was 1000 pages long. But then there was the comparison to a “teen Tony Robbins”, the discussion of dystopian fiction, and also this:
Did you make any time to relax?
Honestly, chilling for me was eating a meal. I couldn’t just look at the ocean. And in hindsight that wasn’t healthy. How can I say this without tearing up? I got a little alopecia from the stress.
