Valentino Shows Off His Costumes For The New York City Ballet

Back in June, we reported that Valentino Garavani would design costumes for the New York City Ballet‘s Fall Gala (which is tonight!), but only got one measly glimpse at the costumes. Well, now, we’ve got more!

NYCB heard our prayers, and uploaded a ton of pictures of Valentino and his team sketching designs and consulting on dreamy costumes for three ballet performances. The hard work definitely paid off — we can see it in all the hand-sewn details, intricate embellishments, and layers and layers of tulle.
