We were hoping for some outré ensembles at VH1‘s annual Divas concert, but, sadly, all we got were snooze-worthy black outfits and equally-boring-but-slightly-more-colorful ones. Yawn.
Miley Cyrus, Demo Lovato, Stacy Keibler, and more opted for all-black looks that were just meh. Cyrus wore a little bit more than her bondage-inspired outfit from some weird concert last week, and chose a sleek Omo by Norma Kamali turtleneck dress with diamond-shaped cutouts down both sides. Hey, we actually like this one! Fellow pop star Lovato went with a black Topshop frock with sheer, embellished sleeves, and Keibler wore a monochrome Monique Lhuillier blazer with a plunging neckline and trousers with leather panels.
Meanwhile, on the more colorful side of things, Kelly Rowland‘s emerald gown and Natasha Bedingfield‘s white and cobalt outfit were pretty, but we wished they accessorized more. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for Jenna Dewan-Tatum, whose headband we loved, but the babydoll dress — not so much.
