PHOTOS: Which Diva Owned The VH1 Red Carpet?
Last night the stars descended upon New York’s Hammerstein Ballroom for the taping of VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul. But which diva ruled the red carpet?!
Mary J. Blige, Jennifer Hudson, and Florence Welch all stepped out in blush. Blige accessorized her sparkly Michael Kors gown with a coordinating fur jacket, while Hudson’s insane Francesco Scognamiglio boots showed up her short frock by the same designer. However, it was Welch who shined in a classy Antonio Berardi mullet dress (yes, we said classy mullet). Estelle went glam in a gold Diane von Furstenberg number, which stood in stark contrast to both Dolly Parton and Jessie J‘s sort-of-sheer-and-totally-weird looks. Of course, Dolly can do whatever she wants. Jessie on the other hand…not so much.
