PHOTOS: Viola Davis’s Breasts Disagree Strongly With This Halter Top

We only want good things for actress Viola Davis, who’s been nominated for an Oscar for her performance in The Help,
but the dress she wore to last night’s NAACP Image Awards is not a good thing. Not a good thing at all.

Davis put on an orange Herve L. Leroux dress to attend the ceremony, where she won the Outstanding Actress In A Motion Picture category. The style category is another matter altogether — in half the red carpet pictures she’s in, Davis’s cups look like they’re on the verge of running over. And not in a good way.

We’re glad she won, and we’re glad she’s starting to get recognition for being a powerful actress (she was in the 2008 film Doubt for like ten minutes and got nominated for an Oscar, and who else in the history of film has done that?) but we’re concerned that whoever styled her for this event fell asleep at the wheel. The dress is beautiful overall, and the color looks ridiculously amazing against her skin, but there were times when it looked as though she was mere millimeters away from a wardrobe malfunction of Tara Reidian proportions. And with the Oscars only a week away, we simply can’t have things like that happening.

Take a look at Davis’s dress below.

    1.  Viola Davis is an amazingly talented actress.
    2.  Her breasts look uneven.
    3. Judi Dench won the Academy Award for playing Queen Elizabeth in Shakespeare In Love.  She was on screen for about 8 minutes.
