When Did The VMAs Become Just An Excuse To Wear Costumes?
Everyone knows that an MTV red carpet is an excuse to let a little loose, take a few risks, and up the sartorial ante. And that’s why they’re so entertaining! But there’s a fine line between creative and flat out crazy — and last night things went a little haywire. Nicki Minaj wore a get up so gaga that looking at photos of it gave us a headache, Katy Perry answered the age-old question, “Who actually wears couture in real life?”, and Kreayshawn hammered the final nail in the coffin that was her 15 minutes of fame. When Mother Monster-in-Drag looks refreshingly normal, you know there’s a problem.
