PHOTO: Emmanuelle Alt’s First Cover For Vogue Paris

Emmanuelle Alt’s long-awaited first cover as editor in chief of Vogue Paris is here and as expected, it features supermodel mom Gisele Bündchen shot by Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matatin on location in St. Barth’s, wearing a white eyelet Dolce & Gabbana dress.

It’s certainly a showcasing a much softer side of the fashion forward French glossy than former editrix Carine Roitfeld‘s typical offering , but we’re curious to see if this cover is actually any indication of what Alt has planned. It’s only her first cover and every editor, no matter how long they’ve been at the magazine, needs a little time to settle in.

What do you think?

Very fresh! I like! It feels a bit 90s but I think its nice and very vogue in a different way.
