WATCH: Cara Delevingne Does Parisian Prostitute For Louis Vuitton
We don’t totally buy that the ladies of the night trolling the streets of Paris are buying their lingerie at Louis Vuitton, but a new promotional film for the brand’s Fall / Winter 2013 collection seems to indicate so. Cara Delevingne and Georgia May Jagger tried out their acting chops for director James Lima, ditching their roles as catwalkers in favor of that of French streetwalkers.
The girls skulk around the seedier parts of the city, sporting chic black bobs and flashing their wares at passing motorists to a lovely piano soundtrack put together by Steve Mackey, and it’s not surprisingly a little NSFW.
Some of the footage was pulled from behind the scenes at Fashion Week, and from the LV runway, with a little cameo appearance from none other than Marc Jacobs. The creative director called the video emblematic of “an attitude of getting dressed up only to find the most glamorous destination is one’s own hotel room.” If your hotel room is filled with supermodels, that is.
