Are Will & Kate Moving To Kensington Palace To Make Room For Baby?
Rumors of the Duchess of Cambridge being pregnant have been flying ever since she and Prince William got married back in April 2011. Star even Photoshopped a baby bump onto Kate’s stomach in an attempt to sell more issues. But lately, the claims of a royal pregnancy seem to actually have some merit — a (self-proclaimed) close friend of the Duchess even confirmed that she’s expecting. Today’s fodder? Will and Kate are moving, presumably because of the baby.
Several anonymous source told Us Weekly that the couple will be permanently moving into London’s Kensington Palace this summer, saying ”a baby is the main reason for the move.” One ‘confidant’ said:
“They have been on such a high since getting married. It’s time for the next step — Kate is hoping she and William can become parents in 2013. They want to bring a child up in a secure environment.”
Jessica Hay, Kate’s friend and former roommate who originally broke the news, told Page Six:
“I have this on the highest authority…And it’s not to be taken lightly. It’s going to be wonderful, happy news when it’s announced.”
While it’s still too soon to say for sure that the Duchess is pregnant, these rumors have some legitimacy to them. Or maybe we just want to believe it, because we will be SO EXCITED if this proves to be true!
UPDATE: It’s been confirmed! Kate is indeed pregnant!
