PHOTOS: YSL’s Paris $31M Apartment Hits The Market
Yves Saint Laurent’s legendary Paris pad hit the market this week for the jaw-dropping price of 23.5 million euros — which translates roughly to $31.4 million. It’s an 11-room duplex with more than 5,600 square feet of living space and 4,600 square feet of private garden, and is located in Paris’ prestigious 7th arrondissement.
Some other amenities:
- A private entrance in the courtyard with reserved parking for two cars.
- A 750-square-foot Grand Salon with a 12.5-foot high ceiling
- A Music Room with “glossy dark-purple lacquered walls and windows on the courtyard”
- A Library with the same dimensions as the Grand Salon, just one floor up
- Detailing that includes gold leaf, oak panelling, red lacquered walls, and black marble floors.
