Who’s excited for holiday nail art?! Zooey Deschanel and Jimmy Fallon sure are.

Unfortunately, as far as we know, only the former is planning on sitting down for a fancy-pants themed manicure this year, but Fallon did dole out a few tips for Deschanel’s tips when she visited his set yesterday. The adorkable actress is in town promoting the extra-special Thanksgiving episode of The New Girl, but didn’t quite have time to sit down for a new mani “masterpiece” before the show, so the pair had to settle for admiring past designs and brainstorming Zooey’s polish plans for the holidays.

This being the woman who wore televisions to the Emmys, tuxedos to the Golden Globes, and Christmas sweater nail art to deck the halls last year, you know it’ll have to be something good.
