Now those Haiti-loving Donna Karan print ads that everyone thought were slightly racist (but actually weren’t) have their very own video component. And it’s a pretty seductive video component at that.

The commercial, which Donna Karan posted to its YouTube channel yesterday, bills the destruction torn island as “a world of seduction.” And just when you’re thinking, “What could possibly be seductive about a place that’s doesn’t have a basic infrastructure anymore?” there appears supermodel Adriana Lima wearing the sultriest pieces of Karan’s spring collection — dresses slit up to there and vivacious prints created by artisans who live on the island.

Karan’s mission is to revitalize the country and help it get back on its feet after the devastating earthquake that almost tore it apart at the beginning of 2010. Is making it look sexy while it’s still recovering going to help? Take a look at the video below and tell us what you think.
