FOMO confirmed: While you weren’t at Coachella, Alexander Wang announced a collaboration with H&M on Saturday night. There was a video released at 12:00 a.m. EST, two pseudo-parties that merged into one, performances by Major Lazer and Iggy Azalea, and a few cryptic messages just dying to be analyzed half to death.
Let’s get cracking.
Style.com reports that the 11:06 on the countdown clock seen above does indeed refer to Nov. 6, 2014, when the collection — the Swedish retailer’s tenth designer partnership — will be sold online and in 250 stores worldwide. We also get the feeling this range is going to be even sportier than usual.

Wang told WWD “there will be a new element of lifestyle offering that’s a completely new way of approaching the collaboration.” Going off the clues above, our completely wild guesses for now are a more affordable version of those Beats by Dr. Dre, basketballs, home goods (as in popcorn bowls to go with 3-D movie-viewing) … and party decorations? The man’s put out pool toys before, so nothing’s off limits.
