Last night, Solange Knowles, Alek Wek, Nigel Barker, and more came out to celebrate the opening night of the American Ballet Theater‘s fall season. Thankfully, no one took to the night’s theme and dressed in a tutu or bodysuit.
Knowles, who recently landed an Elle South Africa cover, was lovely in a floral printed A-line Dolce & Gabbana frock paired with gold baubles, a sleek hairdo, and strappy black heels with gilded detailing. Wek and fellow model Robyn Lawley wore black ensembles. The former opted for a simple velvet number and a bright necklace while the latter looked ravishing in an off-the-shoulder gown with sleeves (we love sleeves!) and a quirky fascinator. Meanwhile, actress Mary Louise Parker stood out amongst a sea of noir ensembles in a red floor-length Anne Klein gown with sheer cap sleeves.
So, who was best dressed? Take a look, and tell us below:
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
