Mondays can be a drag, so we thought we ought to give you a dose of something that always picks up our mood — an Anna Dello Russo moment. The Vogue Japan editor peacocked outside the Salvatore Ferragamo men’s show this weekend in what else but a hotter-than-hot pink feathered peplum jumper, silver and blue mirror sunglasses, and ruffled heels.
The ensemble was all the more blinding against her burnt sienna tan. As is often the case, none of the other showgoers stood a chance and the street style lenses flocked to Russo. Vogue Italia’s editor, Franca Sozzani, never one to go garish, opted for an LBD, while Tank magazine’s Caroline Issa went for black-and-white and flat sandals (gasp!).
As closeted Gleeks, we loved spotting Mark Salling attending a fashion show, even though he seemed to go a little incognito in a navy suit, sunglasses, and the anti-Puck mohawk: slick side-combed hair.
