Annie Leibovitz Is Selling Her Manhattan Townhouse For $33 Million

Fashion photographer Annie Leibovitz is reportedly moving uptown, and she’s just put her incredible West Village home on the market for a cool $33 million.

Space is hard to come by in Manhattan, but Leibovitz’s townhouse is a sprawling 10,202 square feet that covers an entire northeast corner of West 11th and Greenwich — it’s actually made up of three originally separate houses, which Leibovitz bought and then combined. Two of those houses currently serve as living space, and the third is a studio, complete with a kitchen and reception area. Fancy! But why would anyone ever want to leave such a dream home? Her broker, Paula de Nunzio, claims that she wants to move closer to her daughters’ school.
