Movies (unless they’re full of Rodarte) aren’t exactly our beat, but one thing is for sure: we can’t wait for the Kristen Wiig written, Judd Apatow produced Bridesmaids to come out. Though it’s being marketed as The Hangover but, you know, for women (because movies are usually an either/or sort of thing), Bridesmaids looks hilarious, smart, and decidedly original. Turns out the folks at Harper’s Bazaar feel the same way, as they gave the film’s leading ladies a spread in their May issue.
The theme of the shoot was drunk shopping, which, fine, except we wouldn’t have minded something a little more out of the Things Ladies Like Box. Bazaar describes it thusly: “For Kristen Wiig and her costars in the new comedy Bridesmaids, a night on the town ends up doing a lot more damage — to their wallets, at least — than a hangover.”
Well, at least its something to which we all can relate.
Check out the behind-the-scenes video and two snaps from the spread below.
