Bryan Boy Doesn’t Think Pageants Should Allow Transgender Contestants

Even though pageant officials announced on Tuesday that transgender contestants will be allowed to participate in upcoming Miss Universe competitions, blogger Bryan Boy decided to weigh in on the controversy surrounding contestant Jenna Talackova (who was born a man, but is now legally a woman) via Twitter last night.

Somewhat surprisingly, the personal style blogger disagrees with the decision.

We never thought we’d see the day where Bryan Boy would take a more conservative stance than Bill O’Reilly. But then again, that’s why decisions like this aren’t made based on what people want, but what people deserve. And Talackova deserves every right afforded to her as woman.
