There’s really nothing like seeing where a genius sleeps to get an intimate look into their lives, which is why we were so excited when the CFDA announced they were publishing a new book, American Fashion Designers At Home.
But truth be told, if we had our choice, we’d want to know where the editors sleep. What does Andre Leon Talley‘s bed look like? Where does Anna Wintour kick her feet up? What type of mug does Glenda Bailey drink out of and what color is the couch Joe Zee sits on to watch The City?
Well no, that book isn’t coming out quite yet. But we did find these photos of the home of French Vogue editor in chief, Carine Roitfeld. So what does her home say about her? We think the stark white and grey color palate is a much needed respite from her obviously hectic life of being chic twenty-four hours a day. It also serves as the perfect backdrop for her love of black.
