PHOTO: Carine Roitfeld’s Final Cover For Vogue Paris!

Carine Roitfeld‘s final cover for Vogue Paris is here and it is beautiful.

Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the cover of the March issue features 29-year-old model Saskia de Brauw, who opened Narciso Rodriguez’s show just this week. Roitfeld revealed her choice in an interview with Style.com, saying, “Now I found a new girl called Saskia. She has short hair, no one knows her, and this is going to be my last cover.”

In the same interview, she took pride in having rejuvenated Lara Stone‘s career by booking her in the glossy, so one assumes she hoped to do the same with de Brauw. For her part, de Brauw called the cover a “fantastic honor” and hinted that it was inspired by a movie. Any guesses?
