15 Wild Hair Looks From Our New Girl Crush Chloe Nørgaard

Color us obsessed with Chloe Nørgaard. We’ve lurked stumbled across her on the gram before, but it’s her interview on WWD’s latest episode of Model Call that has us wanting to dye our hair Rainbow Brite, put on some deep house and escape to a faraway city – or maybe five of them in one week, since that appears to be more Chloe’s style.

We’ve also got to hand it to the ex-Long Islander for giving the most honest interview answers we’ve seen this side of the clock. It’s almost like she’s not actually sure what’s coming out of her mouth, which only makes us love her more.

For example, here’s Chloe on how she got her start modeling:

“I met this lady who was my mother agent for a while, but at that time, I was also really heavy into drugs and just f–king up, so nothing really came of that. I went to rehab, then graduated high-school. A year or two after that, I reconnected with that lady, and she was like, ‘There’s a couple of places we can go because we want to build your book before starting in New York.’”

On living the life nomadic:

“I lived in Bondi, Australia, for three months. That was amazing because it was winter here. I would do yoga on the beach and see dolphins and drink juices and sit at cafés for hours, and then I’d Skype my parents who were like, ‘There’s another snowstorm [on Long Island].’”

And on the awesome reason she dyed her hair:

“I just felt like a mannequin Barbie. I didn’t feel like I had my personality. I was like, f–k this and dyed my hair blue. My agency at the time — I wasn’t with One then — was like, ‘This is not going to work. There’s no way. You’re crazy. You’ve lost your mind.’ I just kept pushing and I’d set up my own shoots so that I could have stuff in my book with colored hair, and I guess it worked.”

We’re getting a serious desire to give adulthood the middle finger in a similar fashion, and what better day to do so than the model’s 23rd birthday? Click through our roundup of wild, wonderful Chloe Nørgaard hair porn in the gallery below for inspiration.
