We follow Coco Rocha on Twitter and Instagram pretty regularly, but now she’s turning her funny faces and behind-the-scenes snaps into a five-day gig with Australian label Sass & Bide.
The model multi-hyphenate has just been tapped as Sass & Bide’s newest campaign girl (see the ads below) and voice of the brand. For the entire week of January 28, Rocha will take over Sass & Bide’s Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tumblr pages with pics of her daily life and self-styled outfits from the brand’s spring collection.
She tells WWD:
“I’ve grown an audience on all my social media platforms and I work hard to keep them interested. At the end of the day, modeling is advertising and many clients are happy I come with my own built in audience. In the last few years we’ve seen fashion become increasingly accessible to the masses. More and more, people want to be (and expect to be) a part of this world and I’m more than happy to share my perspective with them.”
Modeling is indeed a form of advertising, so naturally Rocha gives British Vogue an obligatory quip about her love for Sass & Bide:
“Usually I find brands just focus on their tops and leave the bottoms rather generic looking. What I love about this Sass & Bide collection is that there are great tops and so many amazing statement jeans in the collection. Literally, a different pair for every day of the month.”

this is some kind of spaceship or something.
