It officially feels like summer these days, and while we’re thrilled to make the wardrobe swap from mohair sweaters to maxis, the sartorial switch means one more thing: losing that winter body. It happens to the best of us. During the cold months, it’s virtually impossible to NOT to have lasagna and red wine every night, let alone hit the gym with the same fervor as the summer months, right?
