If you haven’t noticed from our adoration of Andrej Pejic and our fangirling over Ford Models‘ decision to sign a woman to their men’s division, androgyny is kind of our jam. Add to that anything related to Daria Werbowy, and suffice it to say we’re crushing hard.
In the video below, the Canadian supermodel collaborates with photographer Cass Bird on a black-and-white stop motion film exploring the relationship between clothing, gender, and sexuality. According to Nowness, the duo were inspired by a series of collages made in the ’70s by shape-shifting photographer Cindy Sherman and, true to form, Daria transforms herself from a Wall Street suit to a hipster to a club girl with little more than a costume change.
