Is there anything Daria Werbowy’s hair can’t do? Surf-sprayed within an inch of its life, flipped over to one side, even frosted gray — no matter how you manipulate it, it’s always shiny but not too done, wavy in a un-tonged way, and so freaking to-die-for that we keep bringing the same photo to the hairdresser’s even though they can never get it to look quite that swoosh-y. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results is a sign of insanity, we hear.
But … with her spring 2014 ad campaign, Diane von Furstenberg tidily proves that little cliché wrong. She may have recast the same model, repeated the goddess-in-a-wrap-dress theme, and revisited the ‘70s (again), but when you’ve got a formula this genius, why mess with perfection?
Head over to Fashion Foie Gras for more of the Mikael Jansson-lensed images, and get your bookmarking finger ready — if you’re like us, you’ll definitely want to take these to your next salon appointment.
