In today’s installment of Well Dunn with Jourdan Dunn, our host finally gives us a dish that, albeit accidentally, lives up the the series’ name. She prepares Spicy Asian Beef Salad, a Thai favorite that combines the region’s five classic flavor components: spicy, sweet, bitter, sour, and hot. And it’s healthy!
Dunn marinates the beef, whips up some dressing, tosses tomatoes and cucumbers in with the greens, and then gets to work frying up the meat. But, instead of getting that perfect pink “medium” center, her thinly-sliced slabs end up well
Dunn done. But who cares? One of our favorite parts of the model’s cooking show — and the part that makes it the most relatable — is that not everything is as picture perfect as it tends to be on Food Network shows. Except, perhaps for her rooftop, which we get the chance to see at the end of the clip, when Dunn goes upstairs to enjoy the gorgeous view, her freshly-made lunch, and the sunny weather. Something tells us this wasn’t filmed in February.
