Karl Lagerfeld Sketches Queen Elizabeth, Tweets About Kate’s Butt

Karl Lagerfeld had quite a busy Jubilee weekend! He covered the Diamond Jubilee barge for French TV channel France 2, tweeted his thoughts, and sketched Queen Elizabeth in her fancy coat dress.

The designer was a France 2 commentator for Prince William and Kate Middleton‘s wedding last year, and he reprised his role for Liz’s Diamond Jubilee celebration along the Thames River. He also tweeted a lot of nice things about Liz and her Angela Kelly coat dress, like: “For her role, for who she is, it is hard to imagine a different outfit that the Queen could have sported better.” We agree!

Lagerfeld liked Liz’s outfit so much that he sketched it. Voilà!

And he drew Liz on a boat:

Kate, who wore an Alexander McQueen ensemble, also got some love when Lagerfeld tweeted that her butt looked as nice as Pippa’s. But we’re going to disagree with Lagerfeld and say that Kate’s derriere is better than everyone else’s because, well, it’s KATE.
