The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge closed out the final day of their Canada tour by getting into the Stampede spirit with appropriately festive attire. And since we all know how much Catherine loves her hats, the royal formerly known as Kate Middleton stepped her game up with an ivory cowboy hat in pristine condition. Naturally, hubby Will wore one to match.
Apparently they both missed the memo on those custom-made cowboy fascinators. Sad.
Catherine rounded out her ensemble with dark denim, cowboy boots, and a western-inspired top by Alice Temperley, while Will looked like your average Texan in a plaid button down and medium wash jeans.
Before taking in the bucking broncos and whatnot, Catherine stepped off the plane in Calgary wearing a vintage-esque, buttercup yellow dress by Jenny Packham — the same designer behind that stunning blush-colored number she wore to a charity gala last month — and then spent some time making us cry by fulfilling a six year old cancer sufferer’s dream of meeting a real, live princess.
Does this trip really have to end?
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
Hat tip to HuffPost Style for the Temperley credit.
