We’d already guessed the Royal Baby‘s approximate due date given that Kate Middleton was just shy of 12 weeks when she was admitted into the hospital for acute morning sickness in early December. But St. James’ Palace released an official statement this morning confirming that Kate and Prince William‘s baby will be born in July.
According to the Royal couple’s website:
“Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to confirm they are expecting a baby in July. The Duchess’s condition continues to improve since her stay in hospital last month.”
We’d like to point out the specific use of “baby”, and not “babies”. According to our previous reports, Kate’s condition, hyperemesis gravidarum, is usually associated with first time mothers, or expectant moms carrying twins. But anyway, congrats to the parents, and here’s to seven more months of Royal Baby Watch!
