Kate Middleton has finally been discharged from the King Edward VII Hospital.
After three nights in the hospital, the pregnant Duchess, wearing a blue coat and light purple scarf and carrying a bouquet of yellow flowers, was escorted out this morning around 10:45 GMT by none other than Prince William, who was dressed in his recent uniform of a button-up and sweater. The couple was smiling and looked composed as they left the hospital, and Kate told reporters: “I’m feeling much better, thank you”.
According to St. James Palace:
“The Duchess of Cambridge has been discharged from the King Edward VII Hospital and will now head to Kensington Palace for a period of rest. Their Royal Highnesses would like to thank the staff at the hospital for the care and treatment the Duchess has received.”
