Brad Goreski is having quite a week! His reality show It’s a Brad Brad World debuts Monday, and today it was announced that he will join Kate Spade as its exclusive brand stylist.
Goreski styled the brand’s fall presentation last February, winning over Kate Spade creative director Deborah Lloyd in the process. (“Besides being a great stylist, he is a joy to be around and a true gentleman,” she says of Goreski.) His role at the company will involve styling presentations, campaigns, press events, and photo shoots. He also plans to harness the power of social media, which shouldn’t be too difficult given both his and Kate Spade’s impressive Twitter presences.
Explains the stylist:
“The brand is known for its accessories, and their ready-to-wear is fairly new and [it’s] Deb’s baby. We see so many people carrying the bags and the accessories. It’s my hope to get the ready-to-wear out there and see it more on the streets and see people playing with it and making it their own.”
We love Brad, and we’ve enjoyed seeing the growth of Kate Spade, so we’re pumped to see what this pairing will bring.
