The New Jersey Nets player has filed court documents against the reality star for breaching fiduciary duty, a fancy term for “good faith and fair dealing” between spouses. Humphries claims that Kardashian failed to provide full accounting of how much money was made during their quicker-than-quicksand 72-day marriage. Their wedding ceremony attracted more than 10 million viewers last summer when it aired on E!
According to RadarOnline, Humphries is tired of Kardashian’s krap:
“Kris feels that Kim hasn’t given an honest and accurate accounting of money they made while they were married. Kris has complied with turning over his bank records, credit card statements, but Kim hasn’t, and she has been stalling. Kris didn’t want to take her to court over this, but he isn’t playing Mr. Nice Guy anymore.”
