Funny woman Kristen Wiig is Marie Claire‘s August cover girl. So is her right boob. Hey there.
Wiig dons a sexy white Tom Ford suit on the cover, and wears pieces from No. 21, Sakist Taylor, and Yves Saint Laurent in the spread, a welcome departure from Wiig’s SNL characters as the Target Lady or Tan Mom. And thankfully, the stylist didn’t put Wiig in any nude tones or an ill-chosen choker necklace. But as much as we love Wiig in Marie Claire, we still like her spread in Vogue more because of Seth Meyer‘s cheeky presence.
Inside the issue, the brunette talks about leaving Saturday Night Live after seven years:
“I know a lot of people probably assume, ‘Oh, she’s leaving because she is going to be doing movies now and things like that,’ which I will be. But I just always knew it was going to be seven and that was it. I think maybe if I were 22, I could see myself staying a little bit, but it just felt like the right time. It was very emotional. I just wanted to get through it without breaking down in every sketch. Because nothing says comedy like breaking down.”
Truth: we really did cry a bit when we watched her last appearance on SNL. Sad face.

this is some kind of spaceship or something.
