Lady Gaga wore a meat dress during a concert in Tokyo this weekend, and it looked good! It helps that the dress probably wasn’t made from real meat.
Terry Richardson snapped photos of Gaga performing on stage in a strapless dress that we’re pretty sure was only made to look like real meat — an homage to the original dress, if you will. She performed alongside pieces of fake meat that were hung on the stage.
When Lady Gaga wore a dress made out of real meat to the MTV Video Music Awards back in 2010, we thought the outfit was pretty unsanitary. Plus it looked sloppy! But this second dress seems well-made — the sweetheart neckline is flattering, there are seams along the bust for a fitted silhouette, and the lampshade-bottom whittles Gaga’s waist.
Check out both meat dresses below, and tell us which one you like better:
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
