WATCH: The Clothes In Lady Gaga’s ‘You And I’ Video Are So Not Country

UPDATE: We now have video! You can watch it by scrolling down. Original post continues below.

Lady Gaga was supposed to unveil the music video for her new single You And I on Thursday, but somehow it got leaked online today. For a few brief, shining moments it was on YouTube, and we watched (twice!) before it got pulled down due to a copyright claim. But fret not! While we were watching it we still managed to snag a few screenshots of the awesome clothing Gaga wore in the video, and we can safely say that while the song might have been inspired by country music, the costumes were anything but.

The video was supposed to be sent out with a link on her 1,000th tweet, but as of this posting, she’s at 996. We can only assume that it was leaked, but the Mother Monster seems to be taking in in stride. Shortly before the video got taken down, she posted the missive “FUCK THURSDAY” on her Facebook page. And you can believe, the clothes in the video were just as fierce as her attitude. She had a number of costume changes, from the chic all-black full cut coat and pants she paired with a Philip Treacy-esque hat to a really lifelike mermaid tail and gills. In between she wears everything from a slip to a t-shirt and jeans, and she even revisits her turquoise hair for a dance sequence in a barn.

If you missed the video for the few moments it was online, take a look at some of the costumes below.
