The Sports Illustrated swimsuit model espouses the benefits of brown rice and veggies and “usually say[s] no to the bad things at Whole Foods”. Which, fine, but also ugh. Oh, and she eats naked. Why? It’s all very “nothing tastes as good as skinny feels”:
“Eating smart is all about having an awareness of your body. The most obvious way to do that is by seeing it. So when you’re trying to lose weight, spend more time wearing less. I don’t think I could eat a plate of nachos naked–could you?”
Au contraire. We could definitely eat a plate of nachos naked. Or clothed. Or really whenever, wherever, and with whoever.
