PHOTOS: Who Wore Matthew Williamson’s Macy’s Line Better?

Matthew Williamson celebrated the launch of his diffusion collection for Macy’s in New York’s Herald Square last night. And while Harley Viera-Newton deejayed, muses Kelis (who performed later in the evening) and Dree Hemingway modeled the line on the red carpet. Which, naturally, begs the question: who wore it better?

Dree kept things almost deceptively simple, wearing no jewelry and some natural-looking makeup, while Kelis amped up her purple and yellow-printed dress with chunky gold jewelry, pink tights, and what appears to be hot pink ankle ornaments. Our vote is with Dree, because that’s how we’d wear things if we looked like Dree Hemingway, but Kelis’ look certainly has more spunk.
