Jaime King, Zoe Saldana, Abbie Cornish, Diana Agron, and more celebrated Persol at the Museum of the Moving Image in Queens last night. Last night’s red carpet was probably the only red carpet where celebs could wear sunglasses without looking like idiots. But what else did they wear, and who looked best? Let’s break down the looks.
King chose a sick Peter Pilotto dress that quite literally looked like summer. The neckline was sporty, the wave print was beyond cool, and she kept the accessories to a minimum. Well done! Saldana’s Louis Vuitton ensemble was less summery, but as equally amazing. The embellished top gave off a military vibe, and the green bottoms packed a serious punch of color. Handbag designer Rebecca Minkoff looked chic in a white button-down and blue skirt, and her neon clutch was a fun touch.
Cornish’s frock, however, didn’t work for us. The beaded shoulders were nice, but the look seemed too formal compared to other outfits on the red carpet. Agron’s navy ensemble also didn’t impress. The dress and vest combo was awkward, and the long sleeves and tights felt too heavy for the season.

this is some kind of spaceship or something.
