Last night, artist and fashion types joined forces to celebrate the launch of ‘do it: the compendium‘ by Hans Ulrich Obrist at The Park Avenue Armory in Manhattan. Burberry, W’s Editor in Chief Stefano Tonchi, and Kate Fowle of Independent Curators International hosted an exclusive 150 person seated dinner featuring a live performance by Burberry Acoustic musician Roo Panes and DJ set by British artist Eddie Peake. Among the crowd was Pharrell Williams, Michael Stipe, Tom Guinness, Giovanna Battaglia, Vladimir Restoin Roitfeld, and Derek Blasberg, to name a few.
So in the battle of red carpet dinners, who did it better? The artists/fashionites or the celeb politicos?
this is some kind of spaceship or something.
