Looking at pretty dresses on the red carpet never gets old. Thanks to fashion forward ladies like Keira Knightley and Chloë Sevigny, it also never gets boring.
Knightley was out in Hollywood to promote Anna Karenina, and she wore a gorgeous mint green Erdem gown with blue embroidery at the neckline and hem. Did we mention the dress has pockets? Because it does, and they’re awesome. Over in New York, Sevigny stood out in a black turtleneck and a printed suit at a screening of Steven Spielberg‘s Lincoln.
On the other hand, Busy Phillips‘ printed frock at the launch of marriage equality charity, Tie The Knot, was, well, busy. She wore a multi-patterned frock, leopard pumps, and a big silver clutch. If she’d worn simple black heels and a smaller clutch, the look might’ve worked, but there was just too much going on at once. That said, Philips’ ensemble wasn’t nearly as bad as Mayra Veronica‘s at the Latin Recording Academy Person Of The Year ceremony in Las Vegas. The model/singer flaunted her assets in a bold red number that was cut low in the front and back. We’re surprised the silver strings (?) didn’t snap and result in what we’d imagine would top the Worst Wardrobe Malfunction Of All Time.
